Shipping times vary depending on your location and the stockist from which you purchased your items. Typically, orders within Australia are delivered within 3-7 business days. For more accurate estimates, please check with the specific stockist. 

After your order is dispatched, the stockist will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website. 

While our primary focus is on serving customers within Australia, some stockists may offer international shipping. Please contact the stockist directly for more information on international delivery options. 

We accept a variety of payment methods including major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and some stockists may also offer buy now, pay later options like Afterpay or ZipPay. 

Once your order has been placed, please contact the stockist where you made the purchase as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel. They will assist you based on the status of your order. 

Returns and refunds are handled by the stockist where you purchased your COVER'D products. Generally, items can be returned within 30 days if they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please refer to the stockist’s specific return policy for more details. 

To return an item, please contact the stockist directly. They will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

Refund processing times can vary depending on the stockist’s policies and your payment method. Typically, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the return has been received and inspected. 

For best results, we recommend following the care instructions provided on the label of each garment. Generally, most of our products can be machine washed in cold water and should be air-dried to preserve their quality.
